Depending on location there might be a small fee.

We pride ourselves on cleanliness so please be courteous to all rental items.

Total is due at time of delivery.

We cannot setup without payment completed.

We can set up on grass, turf, flat areas, cement, pavers etc.

We do need to know what surface we are setting up on prior to delivery so we can be equipped with the correct equipment.

We set up on flat DRY surfaces.

No rocks.

No sand spurs.

If setting up in grass please clean up any animal droppings prior to delivery as we will not set up in dirty areas.

We use high quality metal stakes to secure our bouncers. We can use sandbags if we are unable to stake into the ground, so please let us know if this is needed for your event.

Inflatables cannot be set up on high wind days - Anything over 15+ mph.

Thunder and lightning are not our friends.

Soft play parties cannot get wet!

If its projected to rain on the day of your party we will need to move the party inside if possible, change to a bouncer that can get wet, or reschedule to a later date.

We cannot set up on wet grounds as mud isn't our friend. We need a flat dry surface. We hope you understand.

We ask that if there is anything blocking our delivery path (trash cans, bikes, lawn equipment, etc) be moved prior to us arriving as this slows down the delivery process.

We ask that you clean up any dog droppings prior to delivery as we will NOT set up on top of this.

Yes, we do set up at parks - there is a $25 park fee added to total.
